+You are responsible for all return shipping costs. All shipments must be sent back within 14 days of the claim acceptance, and they must arrive in proper packaging to ensure they do not arrive damaged. If they arrive damaged, they will not be accepted.
+We provide exchanges, and the exchange order will be shipped to you with no additional shipping fee. Just ensure you let us know what you are exchanging for at the time of starting your claim. If the item you are hoping to exchange for sells out before we receive your return item, you will be issued a refund.
